Wolfgang Mildner is Managing Director of PolyIC GmbH & Co. KG.
Wolfgang Mildner studied Computer Science at the Technical University of Erlangen.
Before joining PolyIC, Wolfgang Mildner worked in several business positions for Siemens AG since 1986. Wolfgang Mildner was responsible for a number of projects turning promising technologies into business.
Additionally, Wolfgang Mildner is acting as Chairman of the Organic Electronics Association/VDMA. |

 Dirk Bockwinkel |

Dirk Bockwinkel is Managing Director of PolyIC GmbH & Co. KG.
Dirk Bockwinkel studied Business Administration at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg majoring in industrial management and accounting. Parallel to his job as managing director with PolyIC, he heads the division Corporate Finance of LEONHARD KURZ Stiftung & Co.; The division Corporate Finance was built up by himself. |

 Dr. Joachim Süß |

Dr. Joachim Süß is Managing Director of PolyIC GmbH & Co. KG.
Dr. Süß studied Chemistry at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. He earned his doctorate in Organic Chemistry working on the topic of stereo-selective synthesis of pheromones.
Following his studies, he started working with LEONHARD KURZ Stiftung & Co. KG in the function of development chemist in 1981. He worked on development projects in different product fields.
In 1988, Dr. Süß became Head of R&D and supervised all development projects. Since June 2007, Dr. Süß coordinates the joint developments of the LEONHARD KURZ team and the PolyIC team with regard to the pilot process and the beginning production of first products in customer projects.

 Dr. Wolfgang Clemens |

Dr. Wolfgang Clemens is an authorized signatory with PolyIC and Head of Applications. In line with this, he is responsible for implementing printed electronics into products for new mass markets.
Dr. Wolfgang Clemens studied physics at the University of Cologne, where he specialized in solid state physics. After finishing his studies, he earned his doctorate at the research center in Juelich researching in thin, magnetic films.
After earning his doctorate, Dr. Clemens worked with Siemens Corporate Technology as leading project manager. He was in charge of the development and application of magnetic sensors. Subsequently, he became project leader for the development of integrated polymer circuits (IPC).
Therewith, he belonged to the PolyIC team right from the start in November 2003 and is responsible for implementing the new technology into products. |

 Dr. Walter Fix |
|
Dr. Walter Fix is an authorized signatory with PolyIC and Head of Technology. In line with this, he is responsible for the development of products made of printed electronics.
Dr. Walter Fix studied Physics and Mathematics at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Following his studies, he stayed with the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and wrote his PhD thesis from 1996 until 1999 about optical transistors based on Galliumarsenide devices.
After completing his thesis, Mr. Fix started to work for Siemens Corporate Technology in 2000, in the Department Materials and Manufacturing, which developed polymer electronics. When PolyIC was formed in November 2003 out of this Siemens department, he became Head of Technology with PolyIC.
He is now responsible for the process and printing development as well as the device, chip and system design and for material tests and qualifications. |
